Run sourcing and launch an outreach sequence

Phase 1: Find Talent

1. Go to the Sourcing tab inside a Job.
2. Select LinkedIn or GitHub as your source.
3. Enter keywords (e.g., "React Developer", "Chicago").
4. The AI Talent Miner will return a list of profiles ranked by fit.

Phase 2: Engage

1. Select candidates you like.
2. Click "Enrich Email" (Costs 1 Credit) to find their contact info.
3. Click "Add to Sequence".
4. Choose a template (e.g., "Soft Touch Outreach"). The system will now email them, wait 2 days, and follow up.

• Important: If they reply, the sequence stops automatically. You can view the reply in the Inbox.
