4. AI Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to enhance hiring workflows. This includes:

  • Resume Screening: AI analyzes resumes to score candidate fit against job requirements.
  • Assessment Grading: AI evaluates assessment responses and provides scoring.
  • Interview Transcription: AI transcribes video interviews and analyzes responses.
  • Offer Generation: AI assists in drafting offer letters based on templates.

Human oversight is available for all AI-assisted decisions. You can configure automation levels (Manual, Approval, Autopilot) per hiring stage.

5. Data Sharing

We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our Service (hosting, email, payments, AI processing).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide Services. Candidate data is retained per your company's configured retention policies. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
