Four principles govern how RecruitHorizon is designed, built and shipped. They are written down here so you can hold us to them.
When our AI scores a candidate, it writes a receipt in the same moment: the criteria it weighed, the reasoning it followed, the model that ran, the time it ran. Timestamped, immutable, attached to the candidate.
Not because a regulator demanded it. Because “the algorithm said so” is not an answer anyone should have to give about a person’s career.

None of that is inevitable. Opacity ships because opacity is cheaper to build. We made the opposite choice, and it shapes every screen, every automation, and every line of the audit log.

Our infrastructure runs on providers you can verify — Render, Supabase, Stripe. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Our workflows are GDPR- and CCPA-aware.
SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap, and we label it as roadmap — because it isn’t earned yet. If a badge isn’t ours, you will not find it on this site.
Every tenant operates in complete isolation — your records never touch another company’s. Every action lands in an audit log you can read.
And all of it is exportable, anytime. Data you can’t take with you isn’t yours — it’s leverage. We refuse that too.
You'll notice there are no names on this page. That is deliberate: we'd rather you audit our receipts than our faces. The work signs itself.
