Setup
- In Job > Settings, attach an Interview Flow (e.g., "Sales Screening").
- When a candidate reaches the Interview stage, they receive a unique link.
- They record video answers to your questions on their own time.
Reviewing
- Go to the candidate's profile and click the Interview tab.
- Transcript: Read the full text of their answers (generated by Whisper AI).
- AI Score + receipts: See the 0-100 grade based on your criteria, backed by decision receipts.
- Decision: Click "Advance" to send an Offer or "Reject" to close the loop.
