Use AI interviews and review AI scoring

Replace the 30-minute phone screen with an async video review.

Setup

  1. In Job > Settings, attach an Interview Flow (e.g., "Sales Screening").
  2. When a candidate reaches the Interview stage, they receive a unique link.
  3. They record video answers to your questions on their own time.

Reviewing

  1. Go to the candidate's profile and click the Interview tab.
  2. Transcript: Read the full text of their answers (generated by Whisper AI).
  3. AI Score + receipts: See the 0-100 grade based on your criteria, backed by decision receipts.
  4. Decision: Click "Advance" to send an Offer or "Reject" to close the loop.
