How does clock-in and clock-out work?
Employees clock in and out through a web-based interface accessible from any browser. Each punch is timestamped and recorded in the system, and managers can review and approve timesheets before payroll export. The system also tracks breaks and calculates daily and weekly totals automatically.
Does it calculate overtime automatically?
Yes. RecruitHorizon automatically calculates overtime based on hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour workweek. Overtime hours are broken out separately in timesheet reports and payroll exports so your payroll provider can apply the correct pay rates without manual calculation.
Can employees request PTO through the system?
