Set screening thresholds and auto-rejection rules

How to filter noise automatically without missing hidden gems.

The Logic

RecruitHorizon uses a "Traffic Light" system based on resume parsing scores (0-100).

  1. Green (Pass): Score is Above your high threshold (Default: 80).
  2. Red (Reject): Score is Below your low threshold (Default: 60).
  3. Yellow (Review): Score is between 60-79.
  • Action: Candidate auto-advances to Assessment stage.
  • Action: Candidate is moved to Rejected. (Optional: Auto-send rejection email after 2 days).
  • Action: Candidate stays in "New" stage for human review.

Configuration

  • Adjust these numbers in Job > Settings > Automation > Screening.
