The Logic
RecruitHorizon uses a "Traffic Light" system based on resume parsing scores (0-100).
- Green (Pass): Score is Above your high threshold (Default: 80).
- Red (Reject): Score is Below your low threshold (Default: 60).
- Yellow (Review): Score is between 60-79.
- Action: Candidate auto-advances to Assessment stage.
- Action: Candidate is moved to Rejected. (Optional: Auto-send rejection email after 2 days).
- Action: Candidate stays in "New" stage for human review.

- Adjust these numbers in Job > Settings > Automation > Screening.
