Set screening thresholds and auto-rejection rules

The Logic

RecruitHorizon uses a "Traffic Light" system based on resume parsing scores (0-100).

Green (Pass): Score is Above your high threshold (Default: 80).
Red (Reject): Score is Below your low threshold (Default: 60).
Yellow (Review): Score is between 60-79.

Action: Candidate auto-advances to Assessment stage.
Action: Candidate is moved to Rejected. (Optional: Auto-send rejection email after 2 days).
Action: Candidate stays in "New" stage for human review.

Configuration

Adjust these numbers in Job > Settings > Automation > Screening.
