Configure automation modes by stage (Manual, Approval, Autopilot)

Understand the three levels of trust you can assign to the AI Recruiter.

The Modes

MANUAL: The AI does nothing. You move candidates. Best for executive roles.
APPROVAL (Recommended): The AI scores candidates and recommends a move (e.g., "Advance to Interview"), but waits for your click. Best for offers and interviews.
AUTOPILOT: The AI moves candidates instantly if they meet your score threshold. Best for initial screening and high-volume rejections.

How to Set

Go to Job > Settings > Automation.
You will see the Automation Grid for Screening, Assessment, Interview, Offer, and Onboarding.
Select your desired mode for each stage.
Tip: Set "New Applicant" to Autopilot (Score > 80) to instantly fast-track top talent.
