Send offers and manage offer status changes

Draft, approve, and track digital offer letters.

Creating an Offer

  1. Move a candidate to the Offer stage.
  2. Click "Draft Offer". The AI will generate a letter based on the Job details and Salary.
  3. Edit the terms (Start Date, Salary, Equity).

Sending

  1. Click "Send Offer". The candidate receives a secure link to the Offer Portal.

Status Tracking

  • Sent: Email delivered.
  • Viewed: Candidate opened the link.
  • Accepted: Candidate e-signed. (This auto-triggers Onboarding).
  • Declined: Candidate rejected.
