Prerequisite: A candidate must be in the Hired stage (usually auto-moved after accepting an offer).
The Workflow
- The system creates an Employee Record automatically.
- The new hire receives access to the Onboarding Portal.
- Documents: They upload required files (I-9, W-4, ID) defined in your Job Settings.
- Tasks: They complete their checklist (e.g., "Read Handbook").
- Monitor: Go to the Employees tab to see their progress bar (e.g., "Onboarding: 60% Complete").
