Start onboarding and track required documents

Automate the chaos of "Day 1" paperwork.

Prerequisite: A candidate must be in the Hired stage (usually auto-moved after accepting an offer).

The Workflow

  1. The system creates an Employee Record automatically.
  2. The new hire receives access to the Onboarding Portal.
  3. Documents: They upload required files (I-9, W-4, ID) defined in your Job Settings.
  4. Tasks: They complete their checklist (e.g., "Read Handbook").
  5. Monitor: Go to the Employees tab to see their progress bar (e.g., "Onboarding: 60% Complete").
