Approve candidates and move stages safely

The Approval Inbox

If you use Approval Mode, candidates won't move until you say so.

1. Go to Dashboard or Automation > Pending Approvals.
2. You will see a list of AI recommendations (e.g., "AI recommends ADVANCE - Score 92/100").
3. Click Approve to execute the move. Click Reject to override.

Manual Moves

• You can drag-and-drop candidates on the Pipeline board.
• Safety Check: If you skip stages (e.g., drag from New to Offer), the system will ask for a Reason to log in the audit trail.
