Ensure each defect is clearly described (What Where When) for developers. Track the defect through its lifecycle from reporting and developer fix to re-testing and closure and verify that fixes indeed resolve the problem. -Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve quality issues. Communicate test results and quality status in daily stand-ups or via reports, translating technical findings into business impact. Facilitate a friendly, informative dialog with developers e.g. discussing whether an issue is truly a bug or expected (avoiding blame)
