  1. Navigate to Reports.
  2. Time Savings: See calculated hours saved by AI (Screening + Outreach + Scheduling).
  3. Hiring Velocity: View "Average Time to Hire" trends.
  4. Funnel Conversion: See where candidates drop off (Applied -> Interviewed -> Hired).

Export

  • Click "Export CSV" to get raw data for Excel/Sheets.
  • Use the "Narrative Summary" section for copy-paste updates to your leadership team.
