Second-Shift Warehouse Shift Lead

Lead a second-shift team of 15–20 associates at our on-site Denver cross-dock. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with a 2:00pm–10:30pm shift. We're a family-owned, straight-talking freight and cross-dock company where you’ll work directly with the owner. The work is physical and busy during peak season (October–December), and we promote from within.

• Lead and support 15–20 associates across the shift.
• Run safety huddles and reinforce safe work practices.
• Keep warehouse work moving through the shift, including coordinating priorities as freight arrives and moves through the cross-dock.
• Use WMS and RF-scanner workflows to support accurate, efficient operations.

• Experience leading or supervising a warehouse team or floor.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) and RF scanners.
• Ability to work on site in Denver, Monday through Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm.
• Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment, including during busy peak-season periods.

• Current forklift certification.
• Experience tracking warehouse performance measures such as mispick rate or on-time performance.
• Experience in freight, cross-dock, dispatch, or similar warehouse operations.
