Run our local and regional delivery board out of our Baltimore refrigerated DC. You'll keep 15 company drivers moving, talk to customers when things slip, and be the calm voice on the radio.
Responsibilities
Dispatch 12-18 drivers daily across Maryland, DC and northern Virginia
Own check-calls, ETAs and customer exception updates
Keep HOS/ELD compliance clean
Plan next-day routes with the warehouse lead
Requirements
2+ years dispatching trucks (LTL, last-mile or regional)
Working knowledge of FMCSA hours-of-service rules
Comfortable with a TMS (McLeod, TMW or similar) and Excel
