We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead our growth in the medical device sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with medical technology companies to help them visualize their innovations through high-quality 3D animation. You will act as the vital link between our creative production team and healthcare industry leaders, turning technical concepts into compelling visual narratives that drive sales and education.

Identify and reach out to key decision-makers at medical device, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies.
Present our animation portfolio to prospective clients, highlighting how 3D visualization solves their marketing and training challenges.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with our animation team to provide accurate project scopes and initial quotes based on client needs.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.

Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the MedTech, Healthcare, or Creative Agency space.
Ability to understand and communicate complex medical and anatomical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously.
High level of professional literacy in English to draft proposals and conduct executive-level meetings.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote or flexible environment.

An existing network of contacts within the medical device or surgical technology industry.
A basic understanding of 3D animation pipelines (modeling, rigging, rendering) to better explain timelines to clients.
Background in Life Sciences, Biology, or Biomedical Engineering.
