Treasure's Academy LLC is hiring a Chat Support Associate to join our customer support team. You'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through chat, helping them with questions about our services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience. This is a remote position based out of our Rock Spring, GA office, and you'll work as part of a small, collaborative team where your contributions directly impact customer satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about our services, products, and policies
Troubleshoot common customer issues and guide users through solutions
Document customer interactions and issues in our support system
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or management
Identify patterns in customer questions and feedback to help improve our services
Maintain a friendly and helpful tone while managing multiple chat conversations
Meet response time and resolution targets set by the support team
Stay informed about updates to our services and communicate these changes to customers
Suggest relevant resources or solutions based on customer needs

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience in customer service, chat support, or a similar role
Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain things clearly and concisely
Ability to type accurately and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
Comfortable using computer systems, chat platforms, and support software
Patient and empathetic approach to helping customers
Ability to work independently and follow written procedures
Available to work full-time hours with flexibility for scheduling

Experience with education or academy-related services
Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems
Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish
Previous experience resolving technical issues
