Product Manager (Entry-Level) – Remote | United States

Traders Limited is looking for an Entry-Level Product Manager to join our growing product team. In this role, you'll work on defining and shipping products that matter to our users. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to understand what customers need, then help build solutions that solve real problems. This is a hands-on position where you'll own pieces of our product roadmap, gather feedback directly from users, and make decisions that impact how thousands of people use our platform.

• Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usage data to identify product opportunities and pain points
• Work with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and user stories for new features and improvements
• Create and maintain product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs
• Write clear product specifications and acceptance criteria that guide development work
• Track product metrics and analyze how users interact with features to measure success and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in user testing sessions and incorporate findings into product decisions
• Communicate product strategy and progress to stakeholders across the company
• Prioritize features and fixes based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
• Conduct competitive analysis to understand how similar products work and where we can differentiate
• Support product launches by coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams

• Bachelor's degree in any field (business, engineering, design, or related discipline preferred)

• Demonstrated interest in understanding user needs and solving problems

• Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, or fintech products
• Background in user research or user experience
• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Mixpanel, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis
