Remote Assistant

We're looking for a Remote Assistant to join our Customer Support team at TOPDEVSTECH LLC. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our services. This is a part-time position that offers flexibility while allowing you to make a real impact on how our customers perceive our company. You'll work independently from home, managing your own schedule while meeting response time targets and quality standards.

• Respond to customer emails and support tickets within established timeframes, addressing questions and concerns professionally
• Troubleshoot common technical issues by walking customers through solutions step-by-step
• Document customer interactions and issues in our support system to maintain accurate records
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff with clear summaries of what has been attempted
• Provide product information and guidance to help customers get the most from their purchases
• Process refund requests and account adjustments following company procedures
• Identify patterns in customer feedback and report recurring issues to the product team
• Maintain a professional tone and empathetic approach in all customer communications
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for ticket resolution and customer satisfaction ratings

• Must be authorized to work in United States
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
• Ability to type accurately and communicate clearly in written English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple requests
• Availability for a consistent weekly schedule (minimum 15-20 hours per week)
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision

• Enough experience supporting software or technology products
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Experience using knowledge base platforms or help desk systems
• Previous remote work experience
