We're looking for a Customer Service professional to join our remote team at teksystems. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a smooth experience with our services. This is a full-time position where you'll work independently while staying connected with a small, collaborative team.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat within agreed response times
Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate team members when needed
Document all customer interactions in our ticketing system with clear notes and outcomes
Process customer requests including account changes, billing adjustments, and service modifications
Follow up with customers to confirm issues are resolved and satisfaction is met
Identify patterns in customer feedback and flag recurring problems to management
Maintain knowledge of our products and services to answer questions accurately
Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction

1-2 years of customer service experience in a technical or B2B environment
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
Proficiency with email, chat platforms, and ticketing systems
Strong problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with frustrated customers
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for phone calls
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with IT staffing, consulting, or managed services
Familiarity with CRM or help desk software
Experience supporting multiple time zones
Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology
