Marketing Officer

Taji LLC is looking for a Marketing Officer to build and execute our marketing strategy from the ground up. You'll own our brand presence, manage campaigns, and drive customer acquisition for a growing startup. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear multiple hats—from content creation to analytics—and have direct input on company direction. You'll report to leadership and work closely with the product and sales teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our target audience.

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels
• Create marketing content including blog posts, social media updates, case studies, and promotional materials
• Manage our brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through outreach and partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with the product team to understand features and communicate value to the market
• Manage marketing budget and optimize spending based on campaign results
• Research competitors and market trends to inform strategy
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners
• Plan and execute events, webinars, or promotional activities as needed

• 2-4 years of marketing experience in a startup or small business environment
• Proven track record running successful marketing campaigns
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Experience with marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with social media management and content creation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in a startup setting

• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or ConvertKit
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn)
• Design skills or experience using Canva or similar tools
• Background in the SaaS or B2B space
