Diesel Technician

Sooner Fleet Services is a family-owned heavy-truck shop in Tulsa. We service Class 6-8 trucks and trailers for regional carriers. You will work in a clean, climate-controlled bay on a day shift with a full tool program.

• Diagnose and repair Class 6-8 diesel engines, air brakes and after-treatment systems
• Perform DOT annual inspections and preventive maintenance services
• Read fault codes and use OEM diagnostic software
• Document every repair order accurately before end of shift
• Keep your bay and shared shop areas clean and safe

• 2+ years hands-on heavy-duty diesel experience or completion of a diesel technology program
• Valid driver license with an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Own hand tools; we supply all specialty and diagnostic tooling
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet through a full shift

• ASE T-series certifications
• CDL Class A or B
• Cummins, Detroit or Paccar factory training
• Trailer and reefer experience
