Rivera Tech Solutions is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business processes and help our growing team run smoothly. You'll manage workflows, coordinate between departments, and solve problems as they come up. Oversee daily operations and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes
Coordinate with department heads to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement to keep costs reasonable and quality high
Track key metrics and create reports on operational performance for leadership
Handle scheduling, resource allocation, and workload distribution across teams
Respond to operational issues quickly and implement solutions
Maintain documentation of procedures and policies, updating them as processes change
Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring they have what they need to succeed
Manage office tools, software licenses, and technology systems
Support HR with hiring coordination, scheduling, and employee-related administrative tasks

3+ years of operations management or business operations experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with spreadsheets, project management tools, and standard business software
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience with process improvement and identifying efficiency gains
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience in a tech or SaaS company
Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools
Knowledge of basic financial management or budgeting
Experience with HR systems or payroll processes
Background in quality assurance or continuous improvement methodologies
