Office Dispatcher (Part-Time)

Ridgeline Heating & Air needs a part-time dispatcher (roughly 25 hours a week, weekday mornings) to answer the phones, book service calls, keep the day's schedule straight for nine field technicians and tell homeowners honestly when the tech will arrive. No trade experience needed; we will teach you the vocabulary.

• Answer inbound calls and book service and maintenance appointments
• Dispatch and re-sequence technicians through the day as jobs run long or short
• Call customers ahead when a tech is running late
• Enter jobs, notes and parts requests into ServiceTitan
• Follow up on unpaid invoices once a week

• Organized and calm when three phones ring at once
• Clear, friendly phone manner
• Comfortable with basic office software and learning ServiceTitan
• Available weekday mornings, roughly 7:30am to 12:30pm

• Prior dispatch or scheduling experience in a trades business
• Spanish
