Ridgeline Collision & Auto Body is hiring an Auto Body Repair Technician for our Denver location. You'll diagnose and repair vehicle damage from collisions, perform welding and structural work, and restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. This is hands-on work in a shop environment where precision and attention to detail matter.

Inspect damaged vehicles and assess structural and body damage using measuring equipment and diagnostic tools
Remove and replace damaged body panels, doors, fenders, and trim components
Perform welding on steel and aluminum frames and panels using MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques
Straighten and align vehicle frames and unibody structures using frame machines and hydraulic equipment
Sand, prime, and prepare surfaces for paint application
Apply filler materials and perform finishing work to achieve smooth, properly aligned panels
Operate power tools including grinders, sanders, pneumatic tools, and cutting equipment
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
Communicate with shop management about repair progress and any complications discovered during work
Document work performed and hours spent on each repair job

Ability to safely operate welding equipment, power tools, and frame straightening machines
Knowledge of vehicle structural repair and collision damage assessment
Physical capability to lift and manipulate heavy vehicle parts and equipment
Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and technical documentation
Valid driver's license
Willingness to follow shop safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Certification in auto body repair or collision repair through a trade school or apprenticeship program
Experience with structural welding on both steel and aluminum vehicles
Familiarity with computerized frame measurement systems
Experience working in a collision repair shop environment
