Production Baker - Overnight Shift

Ridgeline Bakehouse is a 34-person wholesale bakery in Denver supplying grocery and restaurant accounts across the Front Range. We are hiring a Production Baker for our overnight shift.

• Mix, proof, shape and bake to spec
• Hold the bake schedule for a 4am to 12:30pm shift
• Keep your station and the walk-in to code
• Log batch weights and oven temps every run

• Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Available 4am to 12:30pm, four days a week
• Current ServSafe Food Handler card

• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Shift differential for overnight
• Bread to take home every shift
• Paid week off at Christmas
