Ridgeline Bakehouse is looking for a Bakery Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure consistent quality across all baked goods. You'll oversee daily operations in the bakery, manage staff, maintain production schedules, and uphold food safety standards. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on baking experience who's ready to step into leadership and help our growing bakery run smoothly.

Oversee daily bakery production, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking of breads, pastries, and other products
Schedule and coordinate production runs to meet daily and weekly demand
Train, supervise, and support production staff on baking techniques, food safety protocols, and quality standards
Monitor product quality and consistency, making adjustments to recipes, temperatures, or processes as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation throughout the production area
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, flagging shortages and coordinating with management
Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance when needed
Track production metrics and report on output, waste, and efficiency to management
Maintain organized records of production batches, ingredient usage, and quality checks
Communicate with sales and customer service teams about production capacity and special orders

Experience working in a commercial bakery environment
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and food safety practices
Comfort with early morning start times (production typically begins before dawn)
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift bags of flour and other ingredients, and work in warm conditions
Attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality
Reliable transportation to Denver, CO location

Experience with bakery production software or scheduling systems
Certification in food safety or HACCP
Knowledge of specialty baking techniques or artisan bread production
Experience managing inventory or ordering systems
