Sales Consultant

Quinn Mobile QA is looking for a driven, personable Sales Consultant to join us on the showroom floor. You'll be the face of the brand for customers walking through the door — helping them find the right device or plan, building real relationships, and earning commission on every sale you close. This is a full-time role with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

• Welcome and engage customers on the showroom floor, understanding their needs and recommending the right products and plans
• Demonstrate devices and explain features clearly and confidently
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system
• Build repeat business through outstanding customer service and follow-up
• Stay current on new products, promotions, and industry trends
• Work closely with the rest of the sales team to keep the floor running smoothly

• Proven experience in a retail or direct sales environment
• Strong communication and listening skills — you enjoy talking to people and solving problems
• A drive to hit targets and earn commission
• Comfortable learning new technology quickly
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation
• Eligibility to work full-time in the role's location

• Experience selling mobile devices, telecoms products, or consumer electronics
• Familiarity with CRM or point-of-sale systems
• An existing track record of exceeding sales targets
