Rental Property Listing Data Entry Specialist

Pure Property Management is looking for a detail-oriented Rental Property Listing Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for inputting, organizing, and maintaining accurate rental property information across our listing systems and databases. This remote position requires someone who can work independently, follow established processes, and catch errors before they reach our clients and tenants.

• Input rental property details into our listing management system with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify property information including addresses, unit counts, amenities, rental rates, and lease terms before data entry
• Update existing property listings with new photos, descriptions, availability status, and rental pricing changes
• Cross-reference property data across multiple platforms to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Format property descriptions and rental terms according to company standards and MLS requirements
• Process tenant applications and rental inquiries by entering relevant information into our database
• Generate reports on data entry completion, error rates, and listing status for management review
• Communicate with property managers to clarify incomplete or unclear property information
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive tenant and property owner information
• Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas while maintaining high accuracy standards

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, preferably in real estate or property management
• Proficiency with property management software, listing platforms, or real estate databases
• Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) with demonstrated accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors in large datasets
• Comfortable learning new software systems and following detailed procedural documentation
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with MLS (Multiple Listing Service) systems
• Familiarity with property management platforms like AppFolio, Buildium, or Zillow for landlords
• Knowledge of rental market terminology and property classifications
• Previous experience entering data for multiple properties simultaneously
• Basic understanding of fair housing regulations and tenant privacy laws
