ProCon Homes Inc is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. You'll be the main point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions about our products and services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company. This is a full-time position where you'll work independently from home while collaborating with a supportive team across the country.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within established response time standards
Troubleshoot product and service issues by walking customers through solutions step-by-step
Document customer interactions and issues in our support system accurately and completely
Escalate complex problems to senior support staff or engineering teams when needed
Process refunds, replacements, and other customer requests according to company policy
Identify common customer problems and suggest improvements to the support team
Follow up with customers to confirm their issues were resolved to their satisfaction
Maintain knowledge of ProCon Homes products, services, and policies through training and self-study
Handle upset or frustrated customers with patience and professionalism

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience in any industry
Ability to communicate clearly in writing and over the phone
Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
Availability to work during standard business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM EST)
Patience and problem-solving skills when working with frustrated customers

Previous experience in home services, construction, or real estate industries
Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
Experience handling technical product support
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
