Customer Service Customer Service Representative

Power & Energy, Inc. is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be the voice of our company, helping customers with their questions, concerns, and service needs. This is a full-time position where you'll work directly with customers to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure they have a positive experience with our services.

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Troubleshoot customer problems and work toward quick, effective solutions
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems
• Explain our energy services, billing, and account options to customers
• Process account changes, payments, and service requests
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed
• Follow up with customers to confirm their issues have been resolved
• Meet performance standards for call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent schedule
• Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Previous customer service experience
• Familiarity with utility billing or energy services
• Experience with customer service software or ticketing systems
• Bilingual capabilities
