About the Role

You will keep nine commercial sites in West Yorkshire running - reactive repairs, planned maintenance and small installs, working from a stocked van.

Responsibilities

Attend reactive callouts across nine commercial sites
Carry out planned preventative maintenance to schedule
Complete job sheets and photo evidence on the app before leaving site
Escalate anything outside your ticket rather than improvising

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with no more than six points
Level 2 or above in a building services trade
Two years in commercial or facilities maintenance
Comfortable working alone on a client site

Nice to Have

18th Edition, IPAF or PASMA, F-Gas
