We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader / Landscape Foreman to join our Field Operations team in Provo, UT. In this role, you will oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction. As a Crew Leader / Landscape Foreman, you will lead a team of landscapers in executing various landscaping tasks, including planting, irrigation, mulching, and hardscaping. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and aesthetic appeal of our clients' properties while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the landscaping crew to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Train and mentor team members on landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices.
• Evaluate project requirements and allocate resources effectively to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including labor hours and materials used.
• Ensure all work is completed to company standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the course of projects.
• Assist in the development of project estimates and timelines.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant care, and irrigation systems.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed.

• Certifications in landscaping or horticulture.
• Experience with landscape design.
