Marigold Bakehouse is a 14-person independent bakery and cafe in Sellwood, Portland. We are hiring one full-time Shift Lead to run the counter and espresso bar on opening shifts (5:30am start), lead a team of 2-3 baristas, and keep the morning rush calm and accurate. Pay is $19.50 per hour plus pooled tips (typically $3-5 per hour extra). Target start date is Monday, September 21, 2026.
