Lic LLC is seeking a Marketing Officer to develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive business growth. In this role, you'll own the marketing function for our organization, managing everything from campaign planning to customer engagement. Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to reach target audiences
Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
Create marketing materials such as brochures, email newsletters, website copy, and promotional graphics
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends
Plan and coordinate marketing events, product launches, and promotional activities
Manage the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized for search engines
Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and return on investment
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, partners, and vendors
Assist with brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing materials
Support sales efforts by creating collateral materials and lead generation campaigns
Manage marketing budget and track expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation

2-4 years of professional marketing experience
Proficiency with social media platforms and content management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with email marketing platforms and basic analytics tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Creative thinking with attention to detail
Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Canva
Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Experience with SEO and Google Analytics
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
Portfolio of previous marketing campaigns or materials
Experience in the Jamaican or Caribbean market
Knowledge of WordPress or other website platforms
