Social Media Coordinator

KYNY Group is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our presence across multiple social platforms. In this role, you'll create content, schedule posts, engage with our community, and track performance metrics to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our social channels reflect our brand voice and support our broader business goals. This is a great opportunity to own social media strategy for a growing company while working with a collaborative team.

• Create, write, and design original content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other assigned platforms
• Schedule posts and manage content calendars to maintain consistent posting frequency
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all social channels and respond in a timely manner
• Engage with followers and relevant communities to build relationships and increase reach
• Track and analyze social media metrics using platform analytics and reporting tools
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports showing engagement, reach, follower growth, and other KPIs
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning and promotional initiatives
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep our content relevant
• Assist with video editing, graphic design, or other content creation tasks as needed
• Test new features and platform updates to identify opportunities for our brand

• Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand is preferred
• Previous experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing is preferred
• Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok etiquette
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms
• Proficiency with social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and how to interpret performance data
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
• Comfortable using design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software
• Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices

• Experience with video content creation or editing
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, or short-form video platforms
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or fast-growing startup
• Understanding of social media advertising and paid promotion strategies
• Experience with CMS platforms or marketing automation tools
