KYNY Group LLC is looking for an HR professional to join our growing team. You'll handle the full spectrum of human resources work—from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with employees and managers to build a strong workplace culture while keeping the company compliant with labor laws. Working remotely gives you flexibility while staying connected to our team across the country.

Post job openings, review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Onboard new employees by preparing paperwork, setting up systems access, and conducting orientation sessions
Answer employee questions about benefits, policies, payroll, and time off
Maintain personnel files and ensure all employment records are accurate and up to date
Process payroll information, verify timesheets, and coordinate with payroll vendors
Help resolve conflicts between employees and managers by listening to concerns and suggesting solutions
Track employee performance reviews and ensure managers complete them on schedule
Manage benefits enrollment, policy updates, and communicate changes to staff
Stay current on employment laws and make sure company policies comply with federal and state regulations
Assist with exit interviews and process terminations in accordance with company policy
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information appropriately

Previous experience in HR is preferred
Knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and payroll processes
Experience recruiting and onboarding employees
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels
Proficiency with HR software systems and Microsoft Office
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work

SHRM certification or similar HR credential
Experience with HRIS platforms like BambooHR, Workday, or ADP
Familiarity with multi-state employment regulations
Experience in a mid-sized company environment
