Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues, process orders, returns, and refunds.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information.
Document all customer interactions in our CRM system with clear, concise notes.
Meet performance metrics (customer satisfaction, response time, resolution rate).
Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues or opportunities for improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Reliable high speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software (CRM, ticketing systems).
Strong problem solving skills and a genuine desire to help people.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Previous experience in customer service.
Experience with ticketing software (i.e. Zendesk, Freshdesk).
Experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot).
Availability to work weekends or evening shifts (if applicable).
