Marketing Manager

Kos LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and help drive growth across all channels. You'll own the strategy, execution, and measurement of our marketing programs—from digital campaigns to brand partnerships. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with leadership and across the company to build awareness, generate leads, and support our business goals. You'll have real autonomy to shape how we reach and engage our audience.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company objectives and reach our target audience
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, and paid advertising
• Create marketing calendars and coordinate campaign timelines across multiple channels
• Write and edit marketing copy for website, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on key metrics and ROI
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Identify and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, or vendors as needed
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and brand voice
• Track marketing budget and ensure spend is optimized for results
• Test new marketing channels and tactics to find what works best for our business

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2C environment
• Proven track record managing digital marketing campaigns from concept through execution
• Strong writing skills and ability to communicate clearly across different formats and audiences
• Experience with marketing analytics and comfort interpreting data to inform decisions
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (email platforms, content management systems, analytics software)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

• Experience working in a startup or small team environment
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or content marketing best practices
• Experience with marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
