KLBL Company LLC is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot customer issues and work toward solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company
Document all customer interactions accurately in our support system
Process orders, returns, refunds, and other transactional requests
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management or other departments when needed
Follow up with customers to confirm their issues have been resolved
Identify patterns in customer feedback and report them to the team
Maintain a professional tone while handling frustrated or upset customers
Meet or exceed response time and resolution targets
Stay informed about our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information

Customer service experience in any industry
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse customers
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with email, chat platforms, and basic computer systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Patience and problem-solving ability when dealing with difficult situations
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with customer service software or ticketing systems
