Kellerman Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and lead our operations team in Columbus. You'll manage inventory flow, coordinate shipping and receiving operations, and ensure our warehouse runs efficiently and safely. This role reports directly to operations leadership and is central to keeping our logistics running smoothly.

Supervise warehouse staff during assigned shifts and manage scheduling, training, and performance feedback
Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of inventory to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock replenishment and organization
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety protocols and company policies
Conduct regular safety inspections and address hazards or equipment issues immediately
Troubleshoot operational problems and implement solutions to improve efficiency
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and warehouse activities
Operate or oversee operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
Communicate with other departments regarding order status, delays, or special requests
Train new warehouse staff on procedures, equipment, and safety requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Proficiency with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a warehouse environment (temperature-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas)
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team

Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
Previous warehouse supervision or lead experience
Familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations
Experience with multiple warehouse management systems
