Kani Solutions Inc is seeking a Scrum Master and Business Analyst to join our Information & Technology department on a contract basis. In this role, you'll work with development teams to implement Agile methodologies while gathering and analyzing business requirements. You'll bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring projects stay on track and deliver real business value. This is a remote position ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in both Scrum leadership and business analysis within a collaborative, growing organization.

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives with development teams
Remove blockers and obstacles that prevent team members from completing their work
Track sprint progress using Agile tools and report status to stakeholders
Gather business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders through interviews and workshops
Document requirements in clear, actionable formats that development teams can understand and implement
Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Work with product owners to prioritize backlog items and define project scope
Conduct testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs
Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies with the team
Coach team members on Agile principles and help establish sustainable team practices
