Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common collaboration tools.
Comfortable with virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative.

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
