HVAC Service Technician

Henderson Mechanical Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems. We are a family-owned company that values quality workmanship, honest communication, and treating customers like neighbors.

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Install new HVAC equipment including split systems, package units, and mini-splits
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and airflow issues
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with dispatch
• Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs to homeowners
• Follow all safety protocols and building codes
• Manage truck stock and order parts as needed

• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic skills for residential and light commercial systems
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Own basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Passing background check and drug screen

• NATE certification
• Experience with VRF or ductless mini-split systems
• Low-voltage controls or building automation experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
