Warehouse Team Lead (2nd Shift)

Harbor Point Logistics runs a 120,000 sq ft cross-dock in Dundalk that turns 40-60 inbound trailers a night. The Warehouse Team Lead owns the second shift (2pm to midnight): you run the pre-shift huddle, assign zones, keep the dock moving, and make sure every trailer is loaded safely and on time. You report to the Operations Manager and lead a crew of 20-30 associates and forklift operators.

• Lead a second-shift crew of 20-30 associates and forklift operators
• Run the pre-shift safety huddle and assign dock doors and zones
• Own shift KPIs: trailers turned, mispicks, damage, and on-time departures
• Train new associates and certify forklift operators
• Manage attendance, overtime and shift coverage with the Operations Manager
• Investigate incidents and complete root-cause and corrective action write-ups
• Hand off a clean, accurate shift report to the night dispatcher

• 3+ years in a warehouse, cross-dock or distribution environment
• 1+ year supervising or leading a shift of at least 15 people
• Current forklift certification (sit-down and reach)
• Comfortable with RF scanners and a WMS (Manhattan, HighJump or similar)
• Able to work 2pm to midnight, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for a full shift
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; we do not sponsor visas

• OSHA-30 certification
• Forklift trainer certification
• Experience in refrigerated or food-grade facilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish
