Galaxy Digital Holdings is looking for a Customer Service representative to join our support team in New York. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues, answer questions, and get the most out of our services. This is a part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys working directly with people and solving problems in a professional, organized way.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within agreed-upon timeframes
Troubleshoot common technical and account-related issues and guide customers through solutions
Document all customer interactions accurately in our support system for tracking and follow-up
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or technical teams when needed
Process account changes, refunds, and other administrative requests
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with customers, even in challenging situations
Identify patterns in customer feedback and report recurring issues to management
Follow company policies and procedures while adapting communication style to individual customer needs
Participate in training sessions to stay current with products, services, and support tools

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience in any industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Proficiency with email, chat, and phone communication platforms
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for part-time remote or in-office work
Attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
Patience and problem-solving mindset when working with frustrated or confused customers

Experience working in financial services or cryptocurrency industries
Familiarity with ticketing systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software
Knowledge of Galaxy Digital's products or services
Bilingual capabilities
