Foy LLC is looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team in Kingston. You'll handle a variety of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance work for residential and commercial clients. This is a full-time position where you'll work independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team. You'll be responsible for diagnosing plumbing problems, replacing fixtures, and ensuring all work meets local building codes and safety standards.

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and water systems in residential and commercial properties
Diagnose plumbing issues using testing equipment and visual inspection
Replace damaged or worn components including faucets, valves, toilets, water heaters, and drain lines
Run new water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas lines according to blueprints and specifications
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future problems
Ensure all work complies with Jamaica's building codes and safety regulations
Provide accurate estimates for plumbing work and communicate timelines to clients
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Document completed work and keep records of materials used
Respond to emergency service calls as needed

Minimum 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience
Valid plumbing license or equivalent certification recognized in Jamaica
Strong knowledge of water supply systems, drainage, venting, and gas line installation
Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
Proficiency with standard plumbing tools and equipment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
Physical capability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders
Good communication skills and professional demeanor with clients
Reliable and punctual attendance

Experience with commercial plumbing projects
Knowledge of modern water-saving fixtures and green plumbing practices
CPR or first aid certification
Experience mentoring junior plumbers or apprentices
