Fivertest is looking for a Sales Support professional to join our small, growing team in New York. You'll be the backbone of our sales operation, handling the administrative and operational tasks that keep deals moving forward. This role sits at the intersection of customer service and sales, where you'll work directly with clients and your sales team to ensure smooth transactions and strong relationships. You'll have real visibility into how your work impacts revenue and business growth.

Process customer orders, quotes, and contracts from initial request through completion
Respond to customer inquiries about pricing, product details, and order status within 24 hours
Maintain and update the sales database with accurate customer information, deal progress, and follow-up dates
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for the sales team
Coordinate with customers to gather information needed to move deals forward
Track sales metrics and create weekly reports on pipeline activity and closed deals
Handle invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation
Manage the sales calendar and schedule meetings between clients and sales staff
Identify and flag bottlenecks or issues that are slowing down the sales process
Onboard new customers after deals close, ensuring smooth handoff to delivery teams

1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
Comfortable working in a small company environment where roles often overlap
Reliable and responsive—clients and teammates need to know they can count on you

Experience with sales order management systems or ERP platforms
Familiarity with the SaaS or software industry
Experience creating sales collateral or marketing materials
Knowledge of basic spreadsheet functions and data analysis
