We're hiring a Night-Shift Dispatcher to coordinate a fleet of 40 trucks across the region. You'll assign routes, keep drivers on tight ETAs, and be the calm voice on the radio when a load slips or a truck breaks down. Real responsibility from week one, small ops team, on-site at the depot.
