Service Advisor

Crestline Motor Group is a family-owned dealership in Broken Arrow. Our Service Advisors are the voice of the shop: they greet every customer, write the repair order, and keep the promise we made about time and price.

• Greet customers at the service drive and write accurate repair orders
• Call every customer back the same day with status and cost
• Sell maintenance honestly, never by pressure
• Coordinate with technicians on parts and timing

• 2+ years in automotive service, parts, or a fast-paced retail service desk
• Valid Oklahoma driver license and clean MVR
• Comfortable on a DMS terminal (CDK, Reynolds or similar)
• Available for a rotating Saturday

• ASE C1 Service Consultant certification
• Experience with a CSI-based pay plan
• Bilingual English/Spanish

• Base salary $48,000-$72,000 plus monthly CSI bonus
• Medical, dental and vision from day 31

• Closed Sundays, rotating Saturdays
