Input data from various sources into company databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy
Review and verify data for completeness and correctness before entry
Update existing records and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms
Identify and flag data discrepancies or errors for correction
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets while maintaining quality standards
Organize and sort information according to established protocols and procedures
Perform regular backups and ensure data security compliance
Communicate with team members about data-related issues or bottlenecks
Assist with data cleaning and formatting tasks as needed
Document work processes and maintain records of data entry activities

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience with data entry in a professional setting (1+ years preferred)
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with strong accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable working with database management systems
Ability to focus on detail-oriented work for extended periods
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace at home
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Clear communication skills for remote collaboration

Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Familiarity with data validation tools
Knowledge of basic SQL or database query languages
